Markkit is an early stage ecommerce startup, focused on providing its customer with a gamified shopping experience. The Markkit girl is in her teens and early twenties. She’s trendy, always on her iPhone, and on the lookout for the latest fashions for the best deal.
Challenge + Goal
When I was brought in, the brand was functional yet underdeveloped. The look and feel lacked structure and the overall branding was missing the personality that was evident at the heart of the company. The goal in expanding the brand was to really capture the personality of the Markkit girl, while maintaining enough flexibility to evolve in the future, as necessary.
